The closure of the Culture and Leisure springtime event in Paris

The closing evening of the Culture and Leisure springtime event that took place on Thursday 18 May gathered more than 150 Parisian residents.

Since the beginning of March, all the Parisian residences have celebrated culture and leisure throughout various themes such as street art, game, dance or discovery of the afro-Caribbean cultures. The teams mobilized to provide a wide range of activities to the residents, to arouse their curiosity, facilitate access to culture and encourage artistic expression through the visit of the Opéra Garnier, the creation of items from recycled materials, concerts, games, and the production of a dance show.

Throughout this evening happening in the “Diderot” residence in Paris, all the themes were brought together to close this cycle. Youngsters were therefore able to play traditional games provided by the association “Temps Libre”, and discover new games created by some of the residents. A “free expression” wall gave them a chance to express their views and opinions on culture in its broadest sense. This event ended with a contemporary dance show performed by the « Bakhus » dance company.
