The social mission

Hosting agreement
The social worker, under the terms of the hosting agreement, is responsible for accompanying the young people sent by third parties, and for acting as a link between the young people and these prescribers. The hosting agreement allows not only the integration of young people as members of the residence, but also in their environment through a personalised social support, thanks to a partnership approach.

The residential activities
The activity leader works for all the young people of the residence. He offers collective actions with regard to housing, job, finances, administrative procedures, as well as convivial initiatives to provide a friendly environment for the well being of the young residents, according to their needs and aspirations. Finally, he provides personalised support for young people who are experiencing difficulties or for all those who request it.

The social rental management
The social worker of the social rental management is responsible for the administrative and contractual management of the residents: from their admission in the accommodation to their departure. He manages the occupancy rate of the residence.
To make sure the residents are enjoying their stay, the social rental management also provides support to the residents experiencing difficulties, listens to their needs, takes their requests into account, and, if necessary, directs them to the appropriate partners.

Hotel and security management

The hotel and security management guarantees the comfort of the accommodation. It ensures the implementation of services of maintenance and improvement of the building based on the needs of the residents. It also ensures the proper management of security installations for the protection of property and people.

Supervision

The supervisors manage one or several residences and are responsible for one of the 4 business lines: the three social mission activities as well as the hotel and security management. As managers of the teams of their residences, they also facilitate meetings within their area gathering all members of a business line, in order to harmonise the practices, meet the employees’ expectations, and organise partnership on a territory scale. More broadly, they guarantee the overall quality of the services and contribute to the achievement of economic and social results.

Transversal missions

These business units are all gathered at the headquarters of the association and provide support to the teams of the residences. They include several areas such as Communication, Finance (Customer Management, Accounting, Purchasing), IT, Social Engineering, Heritage, and Human Resources.
