Promotion of a toolkit on employment and training

The action of the ALJT is based on 3 axes: to welcome, accommodate, and support.

Upon arrival of each resident, the ALJT establishes a joint diagnosis on their personal situation, taking into account their background, resources and potential. This diagnosis allows to set the objectives of their stay and to implement an individual and collective accompaniment adapted to their situation.

To be able to encourage access to autonomy, the ALJT teams must be in a position to accompany the residents in the thematic areas that are required for their socio-professional integration: employment, health, finance and access to independent housing.

Therefore, to fulfil their mission, the employees use various tools, and now have a toolkit on employment and training, to formalise professional practices and innovating experiences, and to list the partners likely to be mobilised, as well as the existing measures.
