Launch of the 2017 edition of our satisfaction survey
From 9 to 29 January 2017, more than 6 000 residents will be invited to give their opinion on the range of services provided by the ALJT during their stay.
The objective of this survey is to evaluate the quality of our services in the residences to best meet the needs of the young people. Implemented over the last few years, this satisfaction survey covers various themes, such as the reception of the residents, the quality of the facilities, the accommodations and the common areas, the daily life in the residences, the activities, the assistance, and the means of communication.
At the end of the last edition of our satisfaction survey, we collected more than 4 000 answers and received an overall satisfaction rating of 86.6 %.
The results of the 2017 survey will be reported in February.
