The results of the 2017 satisfaction survey
4 231 ALJT residents replied to our satisfaction survey from 9 to 29 January 2017, representing a return rate of 70.2%.
Indeed, in order to evaluate the quality of its services in the residences and to best meet the needs of the young people, the ALJT questions each year all its residents to seek their views on the quality of the facilities, the accommodations and the common areas, the activities, the assistance, and the daily life in the residences.
This year, the overall satisfaction reached 87.2%; that is 0.4 points higher than in 2016.
89% of the residents said they would recommend the ALJT to close relatives, in particular for the services offered (91.7%), the location of the residences (91.6%), the quality of the accommodations (91.6%), and the good value for money (83%). This last feature is up by 3.2 points compared to last year.
Figures relating to the participation in workshops and activities organised within the residences have been increasing: 61.4% of the residents take part in housing and budget activities, 55.3% participate in activities relating to health, and 51.5% participate in actions relating to employment and training. The satisfaction rates of these themes are respectively up to 89.9% for housing, 93.8% for health, and 90.7% for employment and training.
The ALJT teams would like to thank all the residents who participated in this satisfaction survey. The results will be reported during the next General Assemblies within each residence.
