A residence in Palaiseau for 2019

The ALJT extends its Home’R offer to students and young researchers. Indeed, the association will become the manager of the residence of Palaiseau, which is scheduled to open in September 2019.

Located in the urban development zone of the Polytechnical School District of the Paris-Saclay urban campus, the residence will feature 185 social housing units for students (270 places), including 36 4-room shared apartments and collective areas (study rooms, laundry room, multipurpose room and fitness room). It will also feature 50% PLS (social housing loans) housing units and 50% PLUS (Social rental loan) housing units, and will welcome students from various universities. Such as other ALJT residences, this building will use green electricity to keep on minimising the energy footprint.
